Supporting the Use of Low-Carbon Materials
AssetWise, in collaboration with GMB, the manufacturer of TOA Gypsum, has introduced “Green Gypsum” for use in seven condominium projects under the concept of “Building a Green Future.”The product has received the Carbon Footprint Label (Gold Label) from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) and contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 63.74 tCO2e, equivalent to the carbon sequestration of teak trees planted across more than 36.21 rai per year. This collaboration also brings together construction partners to promote low-carbon construction standards and advance sustainable housing development.The collaboration with six partners across seven projects aims to drive sustainable real estate development, including:
