Challenges and Opportunities

AssetWise prioritizes resource efficiency as a cornerstone of our operations. In 2025, we focused on "Reducing Electricity Consumption" alongside increasing the proportion of clean energy usage at the corporate level. This approach is intended to mitigate volatile energy costs and comply with stringent environmental standards. A key challenge lies in designing, constructing, and managing buildings to achieve energy efficiency while maintaining a superior quality of living for residents.

At the corporate level, AssetWise is accelerating the installation of Solar PV systems in its office buildings to generate on-site electricity and reduce external dependency. At the project level, the Company is developing infrastructure to support the clean energy transition by installing EV Charging stations alongside implementing energy-saving measures such as LED lighting and energy-efficient building designs. Collectively, these initiatives enhance overall energy performance and contribute to a measurable reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

Regarding water management, AssetWise continues to implement sustainable practices including xeriscaping (landscaping with low-water plants), water reclamation for common areas, and fostering a culture of water conservation among employees and residents. Although water consumption reduction in 2025 was affected by certain operational constraints, the company remains committed to enhancing water use efficiency within optimal parameters.
