The Company has established its Environmental Policy under the “GrowGreen” framework as a guideline for environmentally friendly operations across all stages of development, from project design and construction to building management and maintenance. The policy is reviewed and updated annually to ensure alignment with applicable laws, international standards, and evolving sustainability trends.
AssetWise strictly complies with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements, as well as all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and standards, to effectively prevent and minimize environmental impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
