Our goal is to ensure these principles are integrated into every operational process. we conduct mandatory annual training programs in both online and practical formats, covering critical topics such as non-discrimination, labor protection, rights infringement prevention, workplace safety, and proper protocols for reporting unethical conduct or corruption.

The Company has set a definitive target of 100% human rights training completion for all employees. To ensure accountability, we have implemented an official tracking and recording system to measure the effectiveness of our social and human rights risk management. This data is also used to continuously update our curriculum in response to evolving situations and legal requirements.
