Promoting Waste Separation and Green Spaces for Residents

As part of the Annual General Meeting and Welcome Home event for residents of Modiz Avantgarde, AssetWise introduced two activities that encourage sustainable living and environmental awareness. Residents received food waste strainers to support waste separation at source, helping reduce the volume of waste and encouraging greater participation in environmental conservation in line with the GrowGreen concept.

The Happy Growing Workshop also invited residents to grow kale at home, promoting healthy living while creating small green spaces within their homes. Because creating a better and more livable community starts with everyday actions.
