Tree-Circumbanbulation: Reducing Dust Pollution

AssetWise Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Plant for the Future Foundation Plook Ton Mai Plook Dhamma Foundation, initiated the "Circumambulation with Trees" project. This project is held on major Buddhist holidays, including Magha Puja, Visakha Puja, and Asalha Puja, with the aim of promoting environmental conservation while preserving Thai traditions.

By replacing traditional incense and candles with small trees during the circumambulation ceremony (Wien Tien), the project effectively reduces the generation of smoke, PM2.5 dust, and air pollution.

Furthermore, the initiative encourages participants to take the trees home to plant for planting, thereby expanding green spaces and generating long-term benefits, such as kitchen gardens and dust-absorbing plants. This activity not only raises environmental awareness among the public but also reflects the company's commitment to conducting business with social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
