Urban Development and Regeneration

AssetWise supports urban regeneration and development through the construction of a pedestrian overpass on Chiang Rak Road. This infrastructure provides a systematic and safe connection between our project areas and Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus). The development of this infrastructure significantly enhances commuting safety for students, local residents, and the surrounding community, effectively reducing accident risks on the main road and improving accessibility to educational facilities and key urban activity hubs.

This project is a vital part of our Urban Regeneration initiative, which aims to develop shared-use spaces for the community, strengthen urban network connectivity, and elevate the long-term quality of life for the public. This commitment is strictly aligned with the principles of Sustainable Urban Development.
